Designed to augment our client’s existing team by providing additional IT talent when project workloads increase. Typically, these contracts are based on an Hourly Rate or Statement of Work for a specific or ongoing open period of time.
Designed to give both the candidate and client an opportunity to work together for 6 months before making a long-term commitment/employment offer. These contracts are based on an Hourly Rate for a period of 6 months with the intent to hire at the end of the contracted period.
A one-time fee is paid by the client after a candidate is selected and is on-boarded as their full-time employee. This fee is predetermined prior to the search and is typically a percentage of the candidate’s annualized salary.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing, whereas our client outsources their entire full-time recruiting function to BESPOKE for a set fee.
Client retains BESPOKE for a set fee to exclusively recruit and fill a specific number of open positions within a specific period of time.
Project terms are clearly defined with set deliverables and milestones. This team can work on or off-prem and can be set as fixed price, time & materials or blended rates.
